Hell that was a long day. I must say that Emirates Premium is probably the best we’ve had though ,with more room than most . A bit like sitting in the Lazyboy back home but for 17 HOURS.

Paris .Teams were turning up for the Olympics so the wait for our bags seemed to take forever. The oversized bags like bikes and sports gear come out last. It’s a terrible airport even on a good day!
The idea was to assemble our bikes and ride the 14 kms to Juilly but thankfully we came to our senses and took a taxi because the road was busy and there had been a few showers.

By 5pm we crashed ! I’m writing this at 1.30 in the morning so we’ve obviously got to get our body clocks adjusted. We’ll just go a little way tomorrow to get ourselves recovered ,probably Mieux so I’ll make a booking now on booking.com then try and get some more sleep.😩…
